Licence Condition
The licensee must construct Network Hazardous Chemical Dosing Unit Upgrades as per the Concept Design submitted to EPA for these works on 29 May 2017 (EPA ref doc17/252030). The upgrades must be undertaken to ensure compliance with the Protection of the Environment Operations Act 1997, and xxxx. The upgrades must be completed by 29 October 2021. Written confirmation of the upgrades, including relevant evidence of their completion, must be submitted to the EPA's Hunter Regional Manager at hunter.region@epa.nsw.gov.au by 26 November 2021.
